Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone using services from Corix Networks LLC ("Corix Networks"), including your own customers and users. You are responsible for what runs on your servers, equipment, IP addresses and links.
1. Not allowed
- Anything illegal under U.S. law, Florida law or the law of the country where the service is located.
- Child sexual abuse material, in any form. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the authorities, and terminate the service at once.
- Spam, including bulk email without consent, and hosting sites advertised by spam.
- Phishing, malware, botnet command and control, and fraudulent sites.
- Attacks on other networks or systems: denial of service, port scanning or vulnerability scanning without permission, intrusion attempts, and brute force.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
- Spoofing IP addresses, announcing prefixes you are not authorized to use, or hijacking routes.
- Open relays, open resolvers or other open services used for amplification attacks.
- Activity that harms our network or other customers, including going beyond the power or port capacity you ordered.
2. Network and IP rules
- Use only the IP addresses assigned to you, and keep reverse DNS and abuse contacts accurate.
- BGP customers must keep valid IRR route objects or RPKI ROAs for every prefix they announce.
- Uplinks are unmetered at the speed ordered. We may still act against traffic that is part of an attack or disrupts the network.
3. What we do in case of abuse
When we receive a complaint or detect abuse, we notify you and give you a deadline to fix it, normally 24 hours. In serious cases, such as attacks in progress, malware, phishing or illegal content, we may suspend the service immediately, without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations lead to termination without refund. We cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.
4. Copyright complaints
We respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Send notices to abuse@corix999.com with: your contact details; the work claimed to be infringed; the location of the infringing material (URL or IP address); a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We forward valid notices to the customer responsible. Customers may send a counter-notice to the same address. We terminate repeat infringers.
5. Report abuse
Email abuse@corix999.com with the IP address, date and time with time zone, and evidence such as logs or headers.
