Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Corix Networks LLC ("Corix Networks", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit corix999.com, create an account, request a quote or buy our services. We are a business-to-business provider of dedicated servers, colocation, IP transit and private network links.

1. Who we are

We are the controller of the personal information described here. Data that our customers store or process on servers they rent from us belongs to them; for that data the customer is the controller, and we only host it (see section 10).

2. Information we collect

• Contact and request details: name, email, company, website, the services and locations you ask about, notes you send us, and, for IP transit, your ASN and prefixes.
• Account details: login email (we sign you in with a one-time code sent by email, so we keep no passwords), billing name, company, address and tax information you give us.
• Orders and billing: the services you order, invoices and payment status. Card and bank details are entered directly with Square, our payment processor; we do not see or store full card or bank account numbers.
• Service and support data: IP addresses assigned to you, tickets, Smart Hands and cross-connect requests, datacenter access lists for people you authorize, and records of our communications.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and referring site, collected by our servers and, if allowed, by the cookies described in section 6.

3. How we use it

• To answer your requests, prepare quotes and provide the services you order (performance of a contract).
• To bill you, collect payments and keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation and contract).
• To secure our network, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (legitimate interests).
• To measure how our site is used and how our ads perform, and to show our ads to people who visited our site (consent where the law requires it, otherwise legitimate interests).
• To send service notices and, if you are a customer or asked us for information, occasional emails about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share it with

• Square, to process payments.
• Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager), to measure site use and advertising, subject to your cookie choices.
• Hosting, email and IT providers that run our website, account system and email.
• Mensalize Outsourcing Ltda, our infrastructure partner in Brazil, which operates our São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza and Brasília locations, when your service or support request involves those sites.
• Datacenter operators (such as Equinix, Digital Realty, Ascenty, Telxius, Telehouse and Nikhef), only the names of people you authorize for site access, remote hands or cross connects.
• Regional internet registries (ARIN, LACNIC, RIPE NCC) and routing databases, when IP space we assign to you must be registered, as their policies require.
• Authorities and others when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, our network or other people.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged, under this policy.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and operate in the United States, Brazil, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Your information may be processed in any of these countries. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Brazil, we use the safeguards the law allows, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in to your account and remembering your cookie choice. With your permission where required, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and Google Ads to measure and target our advertising, loaded through Google Tag Manager.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see these analytics and advertising cookies only after accepting them in our cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and you can also block cookies in your browser. To limit Google ad personalization, visit Google Ad Settings.

7. How long we keep it

• Requests and quotes that do not become orders: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Account, order and billing records: while you are a customer and for 7 years after, for tax and legal purposes.
• Web server and security logs: up to 12 months, unless needed longer to investigate abuse.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

8. Security

We protect personal information with encryption in transit, access controls, password hashing and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing privacy@corix999.com. We will answer within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. We may keep information we must retain by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

• EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland: you may also object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority.
• Brazil: you have the rights in article 18 of the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018), including confirmation of processing, anonymization and information about sharing, and you may complain to the ANPD.
• U.S. states with privacy laws: where a state law applies to us, you may exercise the rights it grants, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our answer.

10. Data on servers you rent

Whatever you store or process on a server, colocated equipment or link you obtain from us is your responsibility, as controller. We do not access that data except at your request, to provide support you ask for, or when required by law. 11. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email or on the site before it takes effect.
