Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the "Customer") and Corix Networks LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Corix Networks", "we", "us"), 6735 Conroy Windermere Rd, Suite 230, Orlando, FL 32835, United States. They apply to every service you order from us. By creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you accept these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you accept for a company, you confirm you can bind it.
1. Services
We provide dedicated servers, colocation, IP transit and private links (the "Services"), as described in your order. Dedicated servers come with root access, a dedicated unmetered uplink at the speed you ordered, the IP addresses you chose and remote console access (iDRAC/IPMI). You install, configure, secure and manage everything running on your server or equipment. If you ask, we may install an operating system as a courtesy, without warranty for its configuration.
The Services are for business use by customers 18 or older. A written order, quote or service agreement signed by both parties prevails over these terms where they conflict.
2. Delivery
Servers in stock are delivered within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Custom builds take 2 to 5 business days, depending on parts. Colocation, IP transit and private links are delivered on the dates in your order. Delivery times are estimates; if we cannot deliver within 15 days of the estimate, you may cancel that order for a full refund.
3. Your responsibilities
- Your content, data, software licenses, backups, passwords and the security of your systems. We do not back up your data.
- Keeping your account details and billing contacts accurate.
- Following the Acceptable Use Policy, and making sure your own customers and users follow it too.
- For IP transit with BGP: announcing only your own prefixes or prefixes you are authorized to announce, with valid IRR route objects or RPKI ROAs.
- For colocation: equipment that is safe, labeled, within the power you ordered, and insured by you.
4. Service level
We target 99.9% monthly availability of power and network for each Service. If availability in a calendar month falls below that, you may request a credit within 15 days after the end of the month: 10% of that Service's monthly fee below 99.9%, 25% below 99.5%, and 40% below 99%. Credits apply to your next invoice, are not paid in cash and are your sole remedy for unavailability. Not counted: scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance, problems caused by you or your equipment or software, attacks against your Services, suspensions under these terms, and events outside our reasonable control.
5. Prices, billing and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which you pay where they apply.
- Services are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card or ACH (US banks) through Square. Annual billing is 10% off. Monthly plans may carry a one-time setup fee, shown before you order and waived with annual billing.
- We email an invoice before each new period. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension 7 days after the due date and to termination 30 days after the due date, after notice to you. After termination we may erase your servers and reassign your IP addresses.
- Smart Hands are billed at $250 per hour, in full hours, after the work is done. Cross connects and other one-time charges are billed as quoted.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Term, renewal and cancellation
Services renew automatically for the same billing period. You may cancel any time before the next period starts, from your account or by email to sales@corix999.com. Amounts already paid are not refundable, except as stated in section 2, as SLA credits, or where the law requires. When a Service ends, copy your data before the end date: we erase drives of returned servers, and colocated equipment must be collected within 30 days, after which we may dispose of it.
7. Suspension
We may suspend a Service without prior notice when needed to protect our network, other customers or third parties, for a serious breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or when required by law. We will tell you the reason and restore the Service once the issue is solved. For other breaches we give you notice and a reasonable time to fix them first.
8. IP addresses
IP addresses we assign to you remain ours (or our providers') and are only licensed to you while the Service is active. We may register assignments with regional internet registries, as their policies require. You may not use our IP addresses with another provider.
9. Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnity below, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, fines and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the Services or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Export controls and sanctions
You confirm that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or acting for a person in a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on a U.S. government restricted-party list. You will not use the Services in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.
13. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party keeps confidential the non-public information it receives from the other and uses it only for the Services. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, hurricanes, utility or carrier failures, war, government action or large-scale attacks. Payment obligations for Services already delivered still apply.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give customers at least 30 days' notice by email of material changes. Continuing to use the Services after the change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may cancel before it takes effect.
16. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. In any dispute, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
17. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. If a provision is held invalid, the rest stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Notices to us go to sales@corix999.com or our address above; notices to you go to the email in your account.
